Delivery
We deliver all over Bangladesh. The charges and times for each area are in the table below, and the exact charge for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm. Nothing is added after that.
Three ways to get your order
- Courier: to every district in Bangladesh.
- Express: our own riders, in the areas they cover. The areas and the daily order cut-off are shown below.
- Store pickup: order online and collect from our store. We send an SMS when your order is ready; show your pickup code at the counter.
Heavier parcels
The charge covers the base weight shown below. Each extra kilogram adds the per-kg charge.
Check before you pay
Open your parcel in front of the rider before paying. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, hand it back and pay nothing.
If you're not at home
Our riders try twice, the same or the next day, and we call or SMS you after each try. Courier deliveries follow the courier's own attempt policy. Need a later day? Tell us and we'll hold your order for up to 3 days.
Follow your order
We send an SMS when your order is on its way, and you can check it any time on the Track your order page.

Charges cover parcels up to 1 kg; heavier parcels add the per-kg charge.
Express delivery areas
Everywhere inside Dhaka City, including nearby places such as Savar, Ashulia, Keraniganj, Tongi, Gazipur Sadar and Narayanganj.
Order before 14:00 for express delivery the same day.
