This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. We never sell your data.
What we collect
- For orders: your name, mobile number, address, and what you order. An email address only if you choose to give one.
- For checkout safety: a random code stored in your browser, used to limit how many SMS codes can be sent from one device.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or social media: the conversation, so we can help with your order.
- When you browse: how the site is used, through analytics and advertising tools, so we can improve the shop and show our ads to people likely to be interested.
Why we use it
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders. We may call or SMS your number about your order; you agree to this when you place it.
- To protect the shop from fake orders and code abuse, using our own order history.
- To send you offers, only if you opt in. SMS, WhatsApp and email each have their own opt-in, and every offer carries a link or STOP keyword that unsubscribes you at once. Order updates are always sent.
Unfinished checkouts
If you start a checkout and don't finish it, we may call you once about that checkout. Numbers we couldn't verify are never used for offers, and unfinished checkouts are deleted after 90 days.
Who we share it with
Only those who help us deliver and take payment for your order, such as delivery partners and the bKash payment service, and only what they need. Analytics and advertising tools receive information about how the site is used and what was ordered, never your name, phone number or address.
How long we keep it
Orders, invoices and payments are kept for at least 6 years, as the law requires. Everything else is kept only as long as it's needed.
