By placing an order with Qflax, you agree to these terms.

Prices

All prices are in taka. The only thing added at checkout is the delivery charge, shown before you confirm.

Orders

We may call or SMS you to confirm your order. We may cancel an order if we can't reach you, if the item is out of stock, or if the order looks fake. Anything you paid in advance is refunded as our Returns and refunds policy sets out.

Payment

Pay in cash on delivery, or at the counter for store pickup. For some orders we ask for the delivery charge in advance by bKash; we show this before you confirm.

Delivery

Charges and times are on our Delivery page. You may open and check your parcel in front of the rider before you pay.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

These follow our Returns and refunds policy.

Product information

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its brand, model and country of origin. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Offers

An offer applies as shown on it, until its stated end date.

Reviews

Only customers who received an order can review it. We never write or edit reviews, and a review is never hidden for being negative; we hide one only for abuse, spam or personal details.

Complaints

We record every complaint and reply within 24 hours.
